Over the past month, I’ve gained a lot of new followers, which thank you! I remember when I first started my blog, doing a post about what countries/states my followers reside in! When I look at the countries that visit my page, I always wonder who’s from where ya know?
So I figured, let do sort of a meet & greet but instead just comment your name/blog’s name, your country or state *whatever you feel comfortable sharing* and a little intro to your blog. I’ll make sure to hit the follow button I’m not already following you and I’ll be sure to comment back!
I’m excited to see where all you’re from! I feel like I know half of you already since I’ve been blogging for almost a year staying in touch with mostly the same bloggers:)
So, where are you located?!
You know me, but I’m Tabbi from Wallflower or Butterfly. I started writing about my mental health issues and from there it became a whatever was on my mind kind of blog. I used to blog multiple posts a day, but not as much right now. I’m struggling and working with the doctors to find a new “cocktail” of medications. I am on one that I’ve been on for 9 years. I’m sick of taking it and I know that when I go on Thursday she’s going to want to up it again, but I AM NOT DOING IT! She can find me something else or I can find a new doctor! lol Anyway…I’m from the foothills of North Carolina. So I have the southern country charm and accent occasionally (If I’m not paying close attention to how I speak and change it). Anyway…that’s me. But then again C. You knew me! lol

Oh wow, I was waiting for someone to say somewhere incredible. My moms side of the family is from Ireland, O’Rouke is the families name over there, we still have a few members of the family still residing in Ireland.. I also have a lot of family members buried over there in some town that my family grew up in. I’d love to visit Ireland, Happy Saint Patrick’s Day (a little late)!!

Cheers! Crazy to think someone in Ireland can relate to my schizophrenia. We’re literally all mad here lmfao.

Like they say going mad is the only sane thing to do in a mad world. Or words to that effect😀

Hahaha yes! I’d love if it turned out we were the sane ones and everyone else was just brainwashed lil humans.

Jess from Shopgirl Anonymous, abd im super excited about this idea. I too wonder the orgins of my wayward readers. We recently moved about two weeks ago to Orlando; though I’m originally a Texas girl. I love to blog about retail and the fun shopping experiences across the country as my husband and I travel all about. http://www.shopgirlanonymous.com 💚🛍👢

Hey Jess! Wow Orlando? I’ve been there before and had a blast! My mom and I went my senior year to stay at a resort and went to Orlando Universal Studios (highly recommend going). That’s amazing that you and your husband travel a lot, that’s a big thing on my fiances and my bucket list.
Where all have you guys seen so far if you don’t mind me asking?! I love seeing all of your travel posts!
Thanks for sharing!

Well of course all over TX, Bali, Puerto Rico, Vegas, Atlanta, New Orleans is one of our favorite returns! Orlando used to be a our big expense annual trip for the kiddos. Moving here will help us travel to a greater variety of places, for sure.

Oh wow, Bali, Puerto Rico, Vegas, New Orleans! I’d love to see New Orleans and visit Villalobos Rescue Center for Pit-bulls. I’ve been to texas before but like I said, just for layovers so I was in an airport everytime just sitting lol. If you don’t mind me asking, how do you guys afford to travel? Also,do you fly or drive to most places? Do you stay in a hotel each place you go?
Sorry for all the questions but I work from home and have the ability to travel and my fiance and I are looking to do a little traveling and then decided where we’d like to buy our first house at. We hate where we are located now, it’s literally all we know.

I would definitely not do what we just did(the Florida move) if you are tight on cash. Instead: our first move out of Tejas was to Alabama and it opened so many affordable weekend get aways: Nashville, Atlanta, Charleston, Savanah, Birmingham, Chattanooga, Chicago, Mississippi…and so on. It was the best thing ever. Here in Florida we are land locked so convenient weekend get aways are a bit more limited. but considering we had seen all the places around us it was suddenly more appealing to save the near 5k a year we spent on Disney/Universal and now could apply that expense traveling elsewhere. I hope that helps

We’re looking at tiny homes on wheels to begin our traveling and still be able to work from the tiny home. Fingers crossed everything goes as well as we’re thinking it will. 🤞

I’ll definitely come over and check out your latest post, I love reading about mental health and people’s lives coping with it. Feel like it gives me a heads up for some parts of my future! Ooo I’ve been to Arizona before but have little to no memory of it since I was so little. That sounds amazing, the weather must be nice there!

Lucky Ass. It’s about 31 degrees outside and we just had our (hopefully last) winter storm of the year, winter storm Stella. And man did she hit us hard, almost 2 feet of snow is still in my driveway. You can still see your breath when you walk outside, my car has ice hanging off of it. I’d love to go on vocation somewhere warm! Do you ride a lot of bikes there since it’s so nice?

I have to admit that I miss the snow. We don’t really have 4 seasons here, so at times I miss variety! I like snow; especially when I have the Christmas spirit😊. Seeing no snow in December gets boring. Anyway, bikes are definitely popular out here. My husband rides his bike a lot. But not me though😆. I don’t really like bike riding. But, I love to take long walks😊.

Oh yeah I love having the 4 seasons, my favorite is definitely fall but I love the snow as well. We live up in the mountains so fall makes it colorful and the snow on the trees is beautiful. Our little town can look pretty gorgeous if you catch it in the right season lol. Your husband should check out spinlister.com its for bike renting, you can literally rent your bike to people visiting in your area and make money off of it. I listed my ride a few month back!

I used to go to Phoenix twice a year for work. I picked March and October for the weather. So beautiful 😍. Deer Valley. Mountains and hot air balloons

I imagine the mountains are beautiful. I’m surrounded by mountains but when I see them in other areas I think they’re beautiful. I have a lot of respect for nature so I love places that have a lot of outdoorsey things.

When I think of Phoenix, I think purple mountains majesty. I get where the song lyrics came from.

Wow the colors are probably beautiful, not something I would have thought of. Most hot places seem more beautiful always, the grass always seems greener on the other side.

We don’t own the shops, the company I worked for pre kids did. We just travel for the joy of it now. Though I haven’t officially announcedone it there is a shopgirl shop in the making. 😉

Wow is there really!? That’s amazing. Your guys’ life sounds so up in the air, I envy it, lol. So, what will this shopgirl shop contain? Will it be available online to do some online shopping? You’ll have to give me the link once all set up and announced! Congrats btw.
